Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cincinnati follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I've been a weekly customer of mad llama for about a year now, usually their coffee and syrups are excellent. Within the past 2 weeks, both their service and availability/quality of syrups and coffee has sharply declined, to the point of not even being worth going. Between baristas that seem annoyed when taking your order, or not honoring their own punch card system for a free drink. I've hyped this place up repeatedly to locals and newcomers to the area, and it's so disappointing to see the quality drop so suddenly. Unless there's a radical change to the service I can't recommend anyone to go here with so many other locally owned options

Bro I moved here 2 weeks ago and have been in 4 different times in a friends recommendation, oh they’re super lgbtqia+ friendly (which I am) they have lots of pothos (I love) but when I tell you this was the least welcoming experience dude. I could actually look past that but they’ve never had the coffee I was so pumped to get, out every time. Fine okay, no biggie I’ll get something else… every time. And honestly? It’s mid with unwelcoming service, not great coffee, but decent. Not decent enough to keep going back though, these people’s vibe feels miserable and gross. I’m not even drinking the code I got today bc it tastes like actually nothing. Not good, nor bad. No love for sure though. Where are all the nice gay coffee shops instead of the sad run down ones.

I absolutely loved this place it felt like I walked into a cozy coffee shop from Gilmore girls or the show friends . I ordered an iced white mocha and it was great! The barista was super sweet and helpful , their bagel breakfast sandwhich was good too . They have lots of options for baked goods and food too . I definitely reccomend you try this hole in the wall spot , it’s a local gem !

Love this place! Staff was incredibly kind and patient with me having never been before. Had the woman who helped me pick what I got and it was pretty good! Everything here is homemade in house with the exception of the empanadas which she gets from a local other party. Worth stopping and checking out!

Nice people who work here and the coffee is even better. Will be back to try the Java whips, very interesting concept. I order the egg and cheese bagel on a cheese jalapeΓ±os bagel. I added an extra egg, tomato and lettuce. Absolutely delicious. The burritos are pre made so be aware if that what you were looking for, and my partner grabbed the turkey sausage on sourdough. He gave his a 3/5. Also grabbed the blueberry scone and another sweet treat that was recommended :)
